Feverish Imaginings is the business identity of talented tailor – Yasmin Kaberry, who makes outlandish & fantastical bespoke clothing & corsetry.
When she came to me and asked if I could help with her logo design it was the image of fantasy which she conveyed to me that became the main inspiration for her design.
Along with one or two links to logos she felt matched the style she was looking for, Yasmin sent me photographs of all her stock – so I could familiarise myself with her product. This done I set out to create a unique fantasy character which could become the Feverish Imagining’s brand identity.
Like Yasmin’s product, the wording needed to be immaculate and intricate without becoming over complicated. The oval flourishes around the finished character were inspired by the vintage Victorian jewellery which compliments her corsetry so well.
Yasmin was over the moon with the end result and put this on her Facebook page:
Isn’t it just a bit good?! I am completely in awe of Rose’s skills. The centaur lady just looks awesome!
Here’s a photo Yasmin sent me of how it turned out on her cards and labels:
